Land of ice and fire

It was really cold and windy in Iceland last week, cold enough that it snowed. Iceland is such an amazing place with stark landscapes and wilderness. It felt like another planet at times!

I had a really fun time on my tour and loved visiting the Blue lagoon (cold out, warm in!), hot springs and immense waterfalls which felt like the end of the world. Unfortunately we didn't see any Northern Lights as the weather was bad, so I will have to go hunting for the lights another time!

Just getting light... at 10am

Medium-sized waterfall

Very big waterfall (Gullfloss)

Still only 12:30pm in the afternoon but it feels like much later

Like looking up at the stars...

Lovely Reykjavik

Not long until Christmas!
Love to all
