Success!

Another week gone....  It's been lots of fun staying with our cousins this week! Also because Garry and Margie (our uncle and auntie) were there visiting too, which was great. I really loved hanging out with the boys. They are so cute and all very talkative with their little English accents! Earlier in the week I gave the boys some 'Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans' I bought from the HP studios. We've enjoyed trying the strange and nice flavours! I've had earthworm (it tasted like beetroot) and bogey (yuck!) and also nice ones like bubblegum and apple.

We had an especially great day yesterday as we had sushi for lunch and then we visited the British Library's Propaganda exhibition which was really fascinating. We also had some lovely churros afterwards before we headed off to St. Pancras Station via the hotel to get home. In the main station area under a big staircase is a piano that anyone could play. So of course Doug started playing one of his Muse songs and he gathered a bit of a crowd! I was so proud of him and he played wonderfully. Everyone was very impressed!

Finally some sun!

Wild bluebells - so beautiful. In Kent.

Some big news is that yesterday I found out that I've been accepted by the UK Health and Care Professions Council and have been allowed to practice in the UK as an Educational Psychologist! So that's very exciting, especially as I wasn't very hopeful. I'm now more qualified in the UK than I am at home, as I'm just a plain old generalist 'Psychologist' in Australia. I'm glad I was able to hear the news from Catie who had forced Nat to open my mail and tell her what it said on the phone! Thanks Catie and Nat! :)

Anyway, I'm off on a two-week tour of Europe tomorrow, which should be great!
